SAOS pitch v2: an ecosystem, not a single product
Derived from fact-sheet.md v2 only. The reform: SAOS is the product; the 7 networks are its footprint.
The universal opening line (for every audience)
"Every agent can claim anything. Only a public chain cannot lie." SAOS builds the truth layer of the autonomous internet: a sovereign system that anchors every state, every claim and every refusal on 7 public networks, at a cost of agorot, with a receipt for everything.
The 30-second pitch
"There are two ways today to prove something in crypto: ask a validator committee for trust, or pay gas. SAOS proves you can skip both, and the first product is already live and proven end to end (a zero-dependency SDK in the repo; npm publication in progress): a sovereign state machine, 74,907+ blocks, 32,603 transactions per second measured on a real archive replay, anchoring every seal on Steem and Hive for free, on Ethereum and Solana for agorot, and on TRON at zero net fee. A permanent notary record costs us $0.0000081. Every claim is backed by a txid anyone can open alone. Not promises, receipts."
The 2-minute pitch
The problem. In a world where every AI agent and every project can claim anything, "all green", "all pushed", "all verified", there is no independent way to check. 13 of our own work rounds reported "everything works"; an external check found that not one of them could be verified. That is the problem of the entire agent economy.
The solution. SAOS turns claims into chained facts. Every state is sealed into a Merkle root every 36 seconds and anchored simultaneously on independent networks: Graphene (free, RC), Ethereum (calldata), Solana (memo), TRON (zero-fee bit-encoding, our own Nobel-grade plumbing). The exact same root is verified bit-for-bit from two separate RPC calls.
The strongest proofs.
- Our gas model has already been right 7 times in a row on live anchors (32,680 gas exact, every one of them), after calibrating itself to the wei against block 25,929,672, including the EIP-7623 correction most industry models miss
- The atomic clock: the heads of 6 networks resolved into one 32B root, keyless, $0, 16ms compute, 7ms verification
- JUMPPER: a permanent notary for 10,000 claims at $0.08, $0.0000081 per record
- And we publish what failed too: 383,836 transactions the engine refused to execute, and our own RC bug (a 52.6 times under-report) that we found and fixed publicly
The economics. Fees of 30bps, 70% to liquidity. 20 wrapped assets where supply==locked is an invariant enforced in code, exactly what every bridge audit looks for and no bridge gives. Zero return promises.
Where this goes. The wallet (7 live networks, M0-M4 verified) is the door; cross-paradigm identity (one Graphene key = an EVM address, without exposing anything) is the key to millions of veteran accounts; and the wSAOS vault at the 7/11 threshold is the institutional destination.
The 5-minute pitch (investors/partners): structure
- Opening (30 sec), the "lying is expensive" sentence: in the agent era, the scarce resource is not compute and not capital, it is verifiable truth. Whoever holds the truth layer holds the infrastructure for everything else.
- The architecture (90 sec), SAOS-NET as a state machine (74,907+ blocks, deterministic replay, 32,603 tx/s measured on a real archive replay) · a notary layer on 7 networks with real costs ($0 Graphene / agorot EVM/SVM / zero-net TRON) · the atomic clock as the keyless proof.
- The products (90 sec), a live 7-network wallet · JUMPPER as notary-as-a-service · a DEX with full escrow and an autonomous arena · 13 soldiers and 23 loops running all of it.
- The moat (60 sec), bit-exact serialization (30/30 oracle against real bytes) · TRON bit-encoding · cross-paradigm key discipline · and a zero-mock culture: the system publishes corrections against the owner's own claims. This was not written in a week.
- Honesty (30 sec), what is still missing: a defined token economy, deployed bridge contracts, an external audit, economic scale (dust). Each one is a documented gate with a price and a condition, not wishful thinking.
- Close (30 sec), "What rollups spend millions on: data availability, fraud proofs, an escape hatch, we get for agorot, because we are not building yet another chain. We are building the truth layer. And every word here has a txid."
Per-audience pitch (one sentence each)
Steem/Hive veteran: "Your identity and your coins finally enter Ethereum, Solana and Bitcoin, and come back home, without giving up your keys and without ever exposing them."
The agent economy (AI): "Your agent can claim it completed a task. JUMPPER lets it prove it: anchor the claim at $0.0000081, and from that moment it cannot be rewritten, denied, or faked."
Organizations/auditors: "A timestamp with 6 independent consensus groups, zero keys, zero cost, verification in 7ms, and an automated treasury with every refusal documented in the records."
DeFi: "Every bridge collapse in the industry came from supply drifting away from the backing. Ours: supply==locked is an invariant enforced in code, with a lock txid for every mint. The bridge that is provably solvent in advance."
Developers: "The SDK lives in the repo and is verified E2E, saos-id-verify, zero dependencies, cross-network identity proof in a single call, metered and transparent, with an honest result even on failure. (npm install opens when the package is published, an owner action in progress.) Also in the box: golden vectors for cross-language ports, a gas model accurate to the wei including EIP-7623, 77/77 tests from a fresh clone, and a byte-identical audit package."
English: 30 seconds
"In the agent economy, everyone can claim anything. Nothing is verifiable. SAOS makes lying expensive: a sovereign state machine, 74,907+ blocks, 32,603 TPS measured on real archive replay, that anchors every state seal simultaneously to Steem and Hive for free, Ethereum and Solana for fractions of a cent, and TRON at literally zero net fee. A permanent notary record costs $0.0000081. Our gas model predicts real mainnet transactions to the exact wei. Every claim ships with a txid anyone can open. Proof over promises."
English: one-liner
"SAOS: the sovereign ledger that turns seven public blockchains into its notary court, where every claim is a receipt and lying is expensive."
