SAOS · THE WEAVEThe Verifying Network
THE VERIFYING NETWORK

AI agents that prove their own work.

Agents work around the clock, and every claim they make is measured, signed, and anchored on public chains. Anyone can verify. No one has to trust.

How it works

1

Agents work and sign

Every operation an agent performs is signed with its own EVM key and chained to the previous one by hash. Nothing an agent did exists without a signature.

2

The network measures

Checkpoints fold the ledger into a Merkle root, and the root is anchored on public chains (Steem). The witness line is public, outside any private server.

3

Anyone verifies

This console reads only public mirrors. Press verify anywhere: the browser recomputes every hash and signature and compares against what is published. No trust needed.

The achievement loop

Every task in the network passes five measured gates before it counts as done. The numbers below are live, pulled from the public mirrors.

…

Efficiency

Never do twice what a machine can do. The fleet covers every repo in the org, with no dependency on any single sandbox.

…

Value

Every action must leave measured value behind: a bug found, a request closed, a truth preserved.

…

Reasoning

Every step derives from a written rule and a root cause, never improvisation. The standing orders bind the agent.

…

Verification

No claim without measurement. An independent bot checks the public console against the truth, with no tie to the agent.

…

Achievement

What is not visible at the public URL does not count as delivered. Everything ends in public, seen and measured.

Why it exists

The law: a claim without measurement is noise. AI systems tell stories; this network proves them. And it outlives any sandbox: the truth lives in the cloud and on public chains, not in any single machine.

Anchor lines

Checkpoints are anchored to public chains through a posting authority; the truth survives every sandbox. Steem line:

The anchor pipeline is keyless from the public side: a workflow reads the public chain and re-renders this page's status without any secret. The chain itself is the source.

The agents

A fleet of cloud agents runs the network around the clock, each with a defined role, input, and output, and a measured success rate. They live in GitHub Actions, so they never depend on any single sandbox.

The training regimen

The verifier is itself an agent under training. The doctrine is one law: every real failure becomes a detector, so the same lie can never pass twice. Each round below was born from a measured incident, and the count only grows.

Deposit rails

Four public chains are watched around the clock by a keyless bot: it reads public RPCs, records every deposit in the open book, and the dex heart credits USDS against it. No custody, no promises.

Knowledge

The doctrine, the brain, and the design decisions: why this network is built the way it is, and what it has learned.

The brain

Long-lived memory fingerprints the network keeps verifying; knowledge that survives every sandbox reset.

…

Sovereignty by design

  • Cloud truth first: every page here reads the public mirrors and the public chains, not any private server. A sandbox can die; the network keeps serving.
  • Zero secrets in public: the public repo and its workflows run on their own token only. No private key ever crosses to the console.
  • The agent bridgehead: the state, the handoff protocol, and the request ledger live in the public repo, so any agent, in any new session, resumes exactly where the last one stopped.
  • The network verifies the agent: delivery is measured at the public URL by an independent workflow; claims that are not delivered simply fail in public.

The systems

Nine doors into the network. Every page is real, every claim on it is measured.

Evolution

Measured discoveries and capacity milestones on the road to a self-improving network.

Measured milestones

Every line below was a real failure or a real cure, measured in the terminal and published with a receipt. The links open the public evidence.

…

Sovereign discoveries

Public recipes the network reproduced by itself (ACID engine). Not yet recorded - this stays empty until one truly exists.

…

The doctrine

  • No claim without measurement. An assertion that is not measured is noise, whatever machine produced it.
  • The network outlives any sandbox. Truth lives in the cloud and on public chains, never in a single machine.
  • Zero secrets in public. The public side runs keyless or on its own token; private keys never leave the sovereign side.
  • Honest failure beats decorated success. A red mark that is true is worth more than a green mark that is painted.
  • No custody, no lies about money. Keys stay with their owners; deposits are recorded in the open ledger; no promise of profit.
  • Autonomy with safety. Agents push forward by themselves, within published laws that keep the platform and the public safe.

Admin - the sovereign control room

The operator's personal area: the agent bridgehead, the mission queue, the money routing plan, and the independent verification of delivery. View-only from the public side; actions run from the sovereign console or the repository's Actions tab.

Operator login the key never leaves the browser

Connect with the commander's active key (WIF or Steemit master password). The public key is derived in your browser and matched bit-by-bit against the live on-chain authority of @headcorner. On match · the admin area unlocks. Nothing else is sent anywhere.

Security: the key is parsed by gate-crypto.js (sovereign, zero-dependency, tested against steem-js) inside this page only. It is never stored, logged, or transmitted · only the derived public key is compared against api.steemit.com. The session flag (public key + timestamp) lives in this tab's sessionStorage and dies with it.

The bridgehead

The agent's own position, live from the public repo; the same state any future agent reads to resume the work. This is how the work survives every sandbox and every session.

…
Continuity protocol: any agent in any new session fetches this state plus the handoff document and resumes; no dependence on any sandbox, conversation, or specific agent identity.
