Email sequence: 3 letters that tell a story
Pace: day 0 / day 3 / day 7. Tone: a letter from someone who understands, not a social newsletter. Short subject (up to 45 characters), short body, a single CTA per letter.
Letter 1: day 0 · "A Small Question"
Subject: A small question: how do you know?
Hello {name},
A short question, and I really mean it: when someone online tells you "I did it", "I sent it", "all good", how do you know?
The honest answer: you don't know. You believe. And that is perfectly fine, until the day it costs you money, time, or a client.
We built a system called SAOS that does one thing: it turns "believe me" into a receipt. Everything that happens inside it gets a stamp recorded in public ledgers, places from which no one, including us, can erase anything.
A fixed recording cost: less than a hundredth of an agora. Measured. On a real network.
In the next letter I will tell you how it works, with one notebook and five witnesses. Meanwhile, if you feel like seeing it with your own eyes: we have a two-minute animated explainer, no complicated words.

P.S. If anything in the explainer is unclear, reply to this letter. Seriously. We improve based on what people don't understand.
Letter 2: day 3 · "The Notebook and the Five Witnesses"
Subject: One notebook, five witnesses, zero lies
Hello {name},
I promised a simple explanation. Here it is, in four steps:
- Imagine a notebook where everything is written down. Every action. Every promise.
- Every 36 seconds the whole notebook is photographed. From the photo a mathematical fingerprint is created, unique like a real fingerprint.
- The fingerprint is sent to five huge public registries that do not know one another. Some of them completely free.
- Now try to change something in the notebook. The fingerprints will not match. Everyone will see. Immediately.
That is all. No magic, no committees, no "trust us".
And the part we are proudest of: our system also publishes what it refused to do. 383,836 transactions declined to date, all of them recorded in the open. No trading system shows you its list of refusals. We do.
Why? Because whoever sees the refusals can finally trust the performance.

Letter 3: day 7 · "Our Mistake"
Subject: We were wrong. Here is what happened.
Hello {name},
Before we part from this letter sequence, one last story, about us.
A few weeks ago we reported that one of the networks was "blocked" to us. That was not true. We had a small reading glitch: we thought we had few resources, and in fact we had 52 times more.
No one caught us. We could have fixed it quietly and moved on. We chose to publish: what happened, why, and how we built checks so that it will not return.
Why am I telling you this in a marketing letter? Because of the only question that truly needs to be asked of any system, any company, any app:
"Show me your mistakes."
Whoever shows them is worth your time. Whoever hides them, run. Our journal is open. This chapter is in it too.
If SAOS interests you, all the receipts are public, and the animated explainer is waiting. And if not, thank you for reading this far. Really.

Embedding notes
- The {name} field is optional: with no name, the letter works without it ("Hello,").
- Each CTA links to an existing asset: letter 1 -> content/explainer/index.html · letter 2 -> the landing page (the refusals counter section) · letter 3 -> article 04.
- Zero emoji in the letter body. A text-only signature.
- Unsubscribe line at the bottom: "You received this letter because you subscribed to SAOS updates. To unsubscribe, one link, no questions."
